For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. 7SOFIN.COM is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Delivery fees:

Each Seller will charge a different delivery fee.

On low value items, sellers pay comparatively greater shipping fees. In such circumstances, adding a little delivery fee allows them to cover their transportation expenses. In order to understand the delivery costs for specific products, please review your purchase summary.

If the order value is less than Rs 500, a delivery fee of Rs 40 per item may be applied to the listed products. Whereas deliveries are free for orders of Rs 500 or more.

Delivery date:

Based on the dates displayed on the product page, it is conceivable that the Seller or one of our courier partners will be closed between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. In this instance, the anticipated date is increased by one day. The delivery dates account for the fact that some courier partners and Sellers are closed on Sundays.

Time of delivery :

The things are typically purchased and shipped by the sellers within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered business days.

The following elements affect the estimated delivery time:

*The location of the seller and the address where you want the order shipped.

Additional fees :

When you shop on 7sofin, there are no additional fees. The prices listed are fixed and inclusive. The price listed on the product page is the final cost to you.

Delivery fees are not extra fees that are levied (if at all) extra in accordance with the seller’s shipping regulations.

Availability of Cash on Delivery option:

The availability of COD is reliant on our courier partner’s capacity to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery at your location.

Your order value may have surpassed this restriction since our courier partners have caps on the cash amount that must be paid at delivery depending on the destination. On the product page, please input your pin code to see if COD is offered where you are.

Set up a pick-up for a returned item:

Refunds are simple. Make contact with us to start a return. Once you have requested a return, you will receive a call outlining the procedure.

Our Logistics partner will help with the pick-up of the item whenever possible. You can send the item back through a third-party courier service if a pick-up cannot be arranged through Logistics partner. Fees for returns are covered by the seller.

Receive a delivery confirmation SMS or email:

If the product was not delivered despite receiving a delivery confirmation email or SMS, let the seller know within 7 days of that date so they can look into it.

Means of ‘In Stock’

Sellers will specify the delivery time for items marked as “In Stock” based on the pin code of your region (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). Orders will be dispatched via Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service to all other locations, which could take anywhere from one to two weeks, depending on the location.

Means of ‘Available’

When an order is placed for an item, the Seller may not have it in stock but can still order it. The expected time for procurement and shipment to your location will affect the delivery date.

Means of ‘Notify Me’

The product is not for sale right now. To be notified when it becomes available for purchase, use the “Notify Me” feature.

Means of ‘Imported’

Sellers may need to source goods from countries other than India. Some items can take at least 10 days or more to reach you and are identified as “Imported” on the product page.

Means of ‘Back in Stock Soon’

It is in high demand and is already gone. But, you can “book” an order for the product, and it will be delivered in accordance with the Seller’s shipping schedules.

Means of ‘Temporarily Unavailable’

The item is currently unavailable for purchase because it is out of stock. The item could be available soon. To be notified when it becomes available for purchase, use the ‘Notify Me’ feature.

International Delivery

Currently, 7sofin does not offer worldwide shipping.

With credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, you can shop on our site from anywhere in the globe, but please make sure the delivery address is in India.
